Shipping Policy

FurFree™ is operated by Redfishsun LLC. We currently ship to eligible addresses within the United States. Standard U.S. shipping is included in the displayed product price unless a different charge is clearly shown at checkout.

Order processing

Orders are normally processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is successfully completed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays. Processing can take longer during periods of high demand, public holidays, severe weather or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Estimated delivery

Most U.S. orders are expected to arrive within 5 to 12 business days after processing. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. If a different estimate is displayed at checkout or provided in the order confirmation, that estimate applies to the order.

Tracking and multiple packages

Tracking information will be provided when it becomes available. Tracking can require several business days to show movement after a label is created. Products in the same order can be fulfilled separately and arrive in more than one package without an additional standard shipping charge.

Address accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us immediately if you discover an error. Address changes cannot be guaranteed after processing begins. Reasonable return or reshipping costs can apply when a package is refused, unclaimed or returned because of incorrect information, where permitted by law.

Lost, damaged or incorrect deliveries

If tracking has not updated for an unusually long period, or an order arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect, contact us with the order number and relevant photographs or video. We will investigate with the carrier or fulfillment partner and provide an appropriate replacement, refund or other resolution when the claim is approved.
